After sourcing, thoroughly cleaning, smudging and carefully packaging each item the cost of the original item is usually marked up by about two or three times. Research and online comparable items is also another way we decide on pricing.

Please allow a couple of weeks for us to process and package your order for Australian domestic purchases, more for international. We’re a small business and we will keep you informed of your order.

We focus on beautiful objects that have unique attributes, or are artisan, of high quality and even practical. There is no limit on century, decade, period, country, design era or style. The only caveat is that we love it.

Because of the nature of the pre-loved trade, we cannot refund items. If something is damaged on arrival please let us know and we will work with you on a case by case basis.

We aim to curate a mint condition collection however pre-loved objects come with stories that can include some scars. Where possible we try to repair any damage or we simply state the condition of the item. Some objects are too interesting to pass up, even with an imperfection and we may leave it up to you to decide on how best to remedy it because each person has certain preferences, i.e. to polish or leave patina for example.
