Hi and thanks for being here.

I’ve opened up this space because I know that so many of us have had to hide our stories from the world. We don’t currently live in a place that can hold the reality of big grown up truths.

Instead, we live in a world obsessed with unrealistic standards on positivity, secrecy and healing across the board. We live in a world where our pain has to be silenced for the comfort of others, causing more pain on pain.

But here your story is welcome, safe, wanted.

I cannot promise to respond to everyone that shares here, but I will read everything you send me.
